At Adswadi, we provide professional digital marketing, advertising, web development, and branding services. All services are customized, effort-based, and depend on multiple external factors. This Refund Policy clearly explains when refunds may or may not be applicable.

By purchasing or using any Adswadi service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

  • Nature of Services

Adswadi offers the following services:

Primary Services

  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Targeting)
  • Google Ads (Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, Video Ads)

Secondary Services

  • Web Development (Websites, Funnels, Landing Pages, Custom Solutions)
  • Branding (Logo Design, Brand Identity, Visual Guidelines, Brand Strategy)

Supporting Services

  • SEO Services, Social Media Marketing, PPC Campaigns
  • Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing
  • Lead Generation, Conversion Optimization, ROI Optimization

This section is intentionally highlighted and must be read carefully.

If a client purchases any service from Adswadi and does not receive any results or any better response from the provided service, the client may apply for a refund, strictly under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 4–5 days from the date of purchase
  • No refund will be available after 5–6 days from the purchase date, under any circumstances

Mandatory Deductions Before Refund

If a refund request is approved, the following charges will be deducted from the total paid amount:

  • Landing page design or development charges
  • Website development or setup charges
  • Ad account rent charges
  • International ad account setup or usage charges
  • Any third-party, software, or platform-related costs already incurred

Only the remaining balance, after these deductions, will be refunded.

Additional Conditions

  • Ad spend paid to Meta, Google, or any advertising platform is strictly non-refundable
  • Refund approval is subject to Adswadi’s internal review
  • This refund policy is applicable only once per client
  • Campaign delivery, impressions, reach, or clicks without desired ROI does not guarantee a refund
  • Adswadi’s decision regarding refunds is final and binding
  • Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Any service once work has started
  • Advertising services after campaign setup or launch
  • Branding work after concepts or drafts are delivered
  • Web development after design, development, or deployment begins
  • SEO or marketing services once execution starts
  • Delays caused by client-side approvals, inputs, or access issues
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • No Guarantee of Results

Adswadi does not guarantee:

  • Sales, leads, revenue, or ROI
  • Ad performance outcomes
  • Search rankings or traffic numbers

Marketing results depend on platform algorithms, competition, budget, audience behavior, and market conditions. Lack of expected results is not automatic grounds for refund.

  • Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be considered if issues arise due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Delay in approvals or feedback
  • Failure to provide required access (ad accounts, domains, hosting, etc.)
  • Policy violations on advertising platforms by the client
  • Refund Request Process

Refund requests (if eligible) must be sent via email with:

  • Client name
  • Payment reference
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for refund request

All requests are reviewed within 7 business days.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Adswadi first is a violation of this policy. Adswadi reserves the right to suspend services and contest chargebacks with supporting evidence.

  • Policy Updates

Adswadi reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication.
